Very homey, and we were amazed that everything you could need is there‼️ The garden is the best. While drinking our morning coffee on the terrace outside, we saw a crested ibis fly in and felt like we had really gotten lucky 🎵 It was a day of being soothed by the lovely garden and the owner. The goemon cauldron bath was another surprise❗️

The floor of the first room in from the entrance did not feel clean.

A wonderful place to stay with an unbelievable ocean view spreading out right in front of you. Waking up surrounded by that view was without question the highlight. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport. The room was impeccably clean, and the host was very responsive and kind.

The oceanfront location was fantastic. The host was kind in every exchange. The room was bigger than in the photos and comfortable.

The spacious interior let us settle in and relax. The amenities were well stocked, and we were very happy with the rooms. The seafront location was also perfect for a morning walk.

Being in the center of Sado, it was easy to reach the sightseeing spots, which was great. With the sea right in front, you can also enjoy watching the sunset. We will stay again if we have the chance.

We stayed here to take part in the Sado International Triathlon, and the superb location and surroundings made for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it for family trips or stays with close friends.

This was our first visit to Sado Island, and during our stay the town turned pure white with snow. Even in that weather, the air conditioning and hot water kept the rooms warm and comfortable. The host was very kind, telling us about recommended local restaurants and views, so we could really feel the charm of Sado.

A wonderful property. It was very clean, and the stylish room, where you can feel the owner's care in the interior and amenities, lifted our spirits. It is about 10 minutes by car from Niigata Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and Furumachi-dori is a short walk away, so the location is convenient.

The room was lovely and we were able to relax completely. We stayed with our child, and we were very grateful for the consideration shown from the time we booked. During our stay, the owner and all the staff of the first-floor restaurant looked after us very kindly. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and both were delicious. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed here for a concert at the Niigata Prefectural Civic Center. We could get around entirely on foot, and it was close and very convenient. The inn itself was stylish, clean, and lovely, almost too good for that alone. From booking through to after checkout, the owner contacted us at just the right moments, and the quick responses were reassuring.

We stayed during the Nagaoka Fireworks. They were flexible with our check-in and check-out times. Everyone was very kind, with a warm, homey atmosphere. The interior is stylish and the amenities were well stocked. There is a stylish restaurant on the first floor, and we hear it serves breakfast too.

There is nothing like this anywhere else in Japan. It feels like living inside a magazine. The bathroom is exceptional. A very warm experience that goes beyond expectations. The attention to every detail amazed us. The dining downstairs is one of the most delicious experiences in Niigata.

It was a place with the good old scenery and buildings of Japan. We have used vacation rentals several times before, and I honestly think this was the best one yet. There were many good points, but the best of all, I think, is the atmosphere. I really hope you will try it.

A quiet place surrounded by snow, which was lovely. The air is clear and there are few streetlights around, so it was like a natural planetarium.

A truly lovely house. It was just the season when the rice ripens, and every day we could look out from the windows at golden rice fields, which made for a delightful stay. Everything we needed was there, from cookware and seasonings to towels.

There are no houses next door, and it stands on a rise with open views of the rice fields. It is well equipped, and the air conditioning had been turned on for us in advance, so we were comfortable. For shopping and restaurants, the city center is 10 to 15 minutes by car. Recommended for families who want to unwind in the countryside.

We had a relaxed time doing a BBQ in the middle of nature. The cooking equipment was more than sufficient, so we could enjoy ourselves without any worries.

We were able to unwind in a spacious standalone house. It has the feel of an old kominka, but the facilities are new and it was comfortable.

The location is good and we had a leisurely stay. The whole house is large and every room is spacious, so it was comfortable. Thanks to the renovation the facilities are new, and we wanted for nothing. It was winter this time so we did not do a BBQ, but next time we would love to come back in summer for one.
